When we moved into our new home, we were shocked to learn we needed a new roof.  Having spent most of our savings on a downpayment and closing costs, it was one of those surprises that we just didn't need.  

Fortunately, Rob came out, took a look and told us we didn't need a new roof after all!  He repaired some flashing, corrected a few other things that the inspector missed, and told us that we should be able to make it a few more years before we really HAVE to get the roof replaced.  

HE COULD HAVE SOLD US A NEW ROOF!!!! But he didn't.  He told us what we needed and made the repairs.   Now we feel warm, dry and comfortable.
